Job Description

Coordinate academic programs and training workshops to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students and professionals at Cyber Legends.
Collaborate with instructors, subject experts, and external partners for successful program delivery.
Oversee curriculum development, scheduling, and implementation of IT and cybersecurity training modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, organize, and implement training schedules and academic programs.
  • Monitor the progress of students and participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Assist in curriculum updating, improvement, and alignment with latest trends and certifications.
  • Manage communications between trainees, trainers, and partner organizations.
  • Conduct outreach for new course offerings and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with Cyber Legends standards on teaching and delivery.

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in academic coordination, training management, or a related educational role.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Education, IT, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in schedule planning, curriculum development, and student services.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse academic and industry experts.
