Job Description

Collects and analyzes digital evidence (logs, metadata, records) related to financial cybercrimes, supporting investigations and legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, collect, and preserve digital evidence
  • Conduct forensic analysis on financial systems
  • Maintain chain-of-custody
  • Prepare technical/legal reports
  • Testify in court as needed

Requirements and Skills

  • 2+ years digital forensics/DFIR
  • Experience with forensic software (Encase, X-Ways, Autopsy)
  • Knowledge of financial system logs/metadata
  • Chain-of-custody/technical writing skills
  • CCE/CFCE/GCFA preferred
